Heather Paul started her career with the firm in 1997 and serves as Chief Regulatory Research Assistant on the Federal Aviation Regulations Explained book series co-authored by Kent Jackson and Kali Hague. She is responsible for updating the FARS Explained books and researching supporting material used to explain the regulations, such as FAA Legal Interpretations, Advisory Circulars and case law. Heather is a commercial pilot and holds a master’s degree in Aviation Safety.
